Breakfast Crêpe

This crêpe, called "la complète", is filled with thinly sliced ham + emmental cheese, and topped with an egg. I discovered this little gem at "Ze French Bistro" on Saturday morning, which used to be "Le Zodiac Café". The new owners have given the interior a fresh, contemporary look, and la cuisine is just as spot-on. Délicieux!
